Rangers have agreed to sign DaMarcus Beasley on a three-year deal from PSV Eindhoven, subject to the USA international being handed a work permit.
The 25-year-old finalised the move on Wednesday after helping his country win the Gold Cup by beating Mexico in Sunday's Final.
Beasley played 22 games during a loan spell at Manchester City last season.
Meanwhile, Karl Svensson has left Ibrox and signed for French side Caen.
The Swedish defender only signed for the Gers last summer and made 28 appearances for the club in the 2006-07 campaign.
