Gers secure Velicka signing

Rangers have concluded their second piece of summer transfer business after agreeing to sign Lithuania striker Andrius Velicka.
Velicka, 29, will join Scotland striker Kenny Miller through the Ibrox doors this summer after the Gers agreed a deal with Norwegian side V Stavanger for his services.
The former Hearts striker has agreed a three-year contract with Walter Smith's side.
"Rangers Football Club can confirm that personal terms have been agreed on a three-year contract with Lithuanian striker Andrius Velicka," read a club statement.
"An agreement has been reached with his current club V Stavanger that would see his registration being lodged with the Scottish FA and Scottish Premier League on July 14 when the player joins our training camp in Holland."
Velicka spent two seasons on loan at Hearts from FBK Kaunas and scored 25 goals for the Tynecastle club.
