Gers refuse to concede

Rangers skipper Barry Ferguson has refused to throw in the towel despite seeing his side fall 15 points behind Celtic in the race for the SPL title after Sunday's defeat by lowly Dundee United.
Ferguson shook off a rib injury to take his place in the Gers midfield for the trip to Tannadice but, despite the surprise 2-1 defeat, is refusing to concede the title to the Old Firm rivals.
"It's a big lead at this stage of the season and we've had chances to claw it back and we haven't been able to do it," he said.
"But it's not over. No, I'm not giving up if that's what you're asking.
"We keep saying we're going to put a run together but we've got to start doing it soon.
"I can't believe we lost this game. I'm disappointed and frustrated. In fact, I'm gutted."
