Gers boss getting worried

Rangers' new manager Paul Le Guen was far from impressed after seeing his side held to a 1-1 draw at lowly Dunfermline Athletic.
The stalemate means that the Gers have only won once in three SPL games this season and Le Guen is aware that they must improve quickly.
He said: "For us it is a waste of points. I am disappointed with the result and with the way we played.
"We have to do better and have more control to win such a game. There is a little bit of a lack of confidence, but not enough to explain the results.
"We lack control and every player must be aware that he can do better.
"I knew that we wouldn't win all the games in the beginning, but I know the players can do better."
