Strathclyde Police met with officials from both clubs and determined spectators would be able to enter and leave the stadium safely.[LNB]The pitch is also perfectly playable, meaning the televised game should go ahead as planned at 12.15pm.[LNB]Accies have seen their last two home matches called off and their opponents said on their official website: "There were concerns about the surrounding area following heavy snow over the last few days.[LNB]"One worry was that the areas where buses carrying visiting supporters are due to park were too slippery for people to walk on.[LNB]"Strathclyde Police met with officials with both clubs earlier today to assess what risks there might be for people attending the game.[LNB]"And they are satisfied conditions are such that fans of both clubs can enter and leave the stadium safely.[LNB]"Police will continue to monitor the situation between now and kick-off."[LNB]The Scottish Football Association were today keeping their fingers crossed the big freeze had finished claiming this weekend's ties.[LNB]The decimated schedule was yesterday left with just six of its original 16 matches.[LNB]There will be a safety check for Saturday's tie between Dunfermline and Stenhousemuir on the morning of the game.[LNB]Aberdeen brought the inspection for their all-Scottish Premier League tie with Hearts forward by 24 hours to yesterday.[LNB]Like the Hamilton-Rangers game, unless there is a severe deterioration in the weather, the match is set to go ahead.[LNB]Partick Thistle v Dundee United and Hibernian v Irvine Meadow are currently not under threat.[LNB]St Mirren, who like Hamilton have seen a recent SPL home game called off, are optimistic of their clash with Alloa beating the weather.[LNB]After losing Morton v Celtic and Kilmarnock v Falkirk on Wednesday, yesterday witnessed the expected postponements of Forfar v St Johnstone, Raith Rovers v Airdrie, Ayr United v Brechin, Albion Rovers v Stirling Albion, Edinburgh City v Montrose and Ross County v Inverurie Loco Works, all due to frozen pitches.[LNB]And despite both host stadia boasting undersoil heating, Inverness v Motherwell and Livingston v Dundee were also called off under police advice over concerns about supporter safety.[LNB]Most of the postponed fixtures have been rescheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday but, unless there is a significant thaw, all of them face being put back again to the following Monday.[LNB][LNB]
