Gers duo in line for recall

Rangers could welcome back Kyle Lafferty and Maurice Edu for their Clydesdale Bank Premier League game against Motherwell on Boxing Day. Lafferty has been out with a broken bone in his hand but has been able to train and, if given the go-ahead by his specialist this week, will be available. Edu has been recovering from tonsilitis and a knee injury and, although having not trained as much as Lafferty, could also be in contention. Nikica Jelavic is unlikely to return until mid-January while Kirk Broadfoot still faces several weeks on the sidelines with a foot problem.
