Euro form delights Le Guen

Rangers manager Paul Le Guen is keen for his side to replicate their European form in the SPL after watching his players ease to a 2-0 win against Maccabi Haifa in the UEFA Cup on Thursday.
The Gers are already 12 points behind Glasgow rivals Celtic in the title race and have produced their best displays on the European stage so far this term - which frustrates Le Guen.
"It was a great result and a great performance," said the former Lyon coach. "We played against a very good team and responded well after last weekend's disappointment.
"I think we have been a bit luckier in Europe this season, although I do think our style is better suited to this type of play. I think we have almost qualified, six points could be enough and that is why I feel very relieved at the moment.
"I now hope we can continue this in the SPL because that is the basis for our season. This weekend's game is very important for us. Although it's difficult to play on a Thursday and then Sunday we have to do it."
