Eight out for Rangers

Rangers manager Walter Smith will be without eight players for their Clydesdale Bank Premier League game against St Mirren on Sunday. Sasa Papac is ruled out with a head knock he sustained during Wednesday's fiery Old Firm clash and is added to the casualty list. Kyle Lafferty is still struggling with tonsilitis and is suspended for the weekend action anyway, while Nikica Jelavic (hamstring), Jamie Ness (groin) and Steven Naismith (hamstring) are still out. Longer-term casualties Andrew Little, Kirk Broadfoot and Lee McCulloch also remain on the sidelines.
