Broadfoot out until 2011
Rangers have confirmed that Kirk Broadfoot is likely to be out of action until the New Year.
The defender has been struggling with a foot problem and had tried to play through the pain barrier as injuries mount for the Scottish champions.
Reports earlier suggested the 26-year-old could face three months on the sidelines and could require surgery.
However, Rangers say it is still unclear how long he faces in the treatment room, although he is unlikely to play again before the turn of the year.
