Kirk Broadfoot believes Rangers' Clydesdale Bank Premier League win over Aberdeen summed up the character in the squad this season.
The Scottish champions headed into the clash at Ibrox with so many injury problems, manager Walter Smith was unable to name a full bench.
"It says a lot about the character," said Broadfoot.
With the likes of summer signings Nikica Jelavic and James Beattie out of action, and Sasa Papac, Maurice Edu and Kyle Lafferty all ruled out of the visit of the Dons, Rangers were still able to produce a convincing 2-0 win.
Steven Naismith and Broadfoot, himself, are now also struggling with knocks but the full-back claims there is enough spirit in the dressing room to see them through a punishing schedule, which includes the visit of Manchester United in the Champions League this month.
He added: "I don't think it's physical, it's more mental because it seems to be game after game after game. At a club like Rangers the demands are that you need to win every game. But I think we've got big enough characters in the dressing room, big players and experienced players, who can get us through it.
"We are going through a lot of games just now but if we come through this with mostly wins I think we will be okay come the end of the season."
Goals from Kenny Miller and Vladimir Weiss sealed the win just a few days after suffering their first SPL defeat of the season against Hibernian, with Miller also failing to convert from the penalty spot.
Broadfoot added: "It's important to get a win no matter who we are playing but being at home and coming off a bad defeat, it was nice to bounce back. I thought the performance deserved a win.
"I don't think the injuries concern the players, it maybe only concerns the players who are injured because they want to be involved. For guys like myself and John Fleck, we are happy to come in and show what we can do. It gives other players an opportunity to show they can step in and take that place."
