Rangers striker Kris Boyd has vowed to take his opportunity after making a scoring return to the starting line-up against former club Kilmarnock.
The Scotland international has found starting opportunities limited since joining the Ibrox club in January 2006.
However, after starting and scoring in the past two matches - including a second-half penalty in Sunday's 2-0 victory at Rugby Park - Boyd is looking to make a starting place in the Gers' attack his own.
"It's obviously frustrating but you get your head down and work hard in training and hopefully over the next few weeks I can establish myself back in the team," he said.
Meanwhile, Boyd has admitted the prospect of ending Celtic's two-year reign as Scottish champions is driving Rangers on this season.
"We wanted the title back and we're on the way to doing that," he continued.
"But there's a long way to go yet, and I'm sure Celtic will make it hard the way they're playing just now.
"Hopefully we can match them and we can win the league."
