Boyd in no rush to resolve future

Rangers striker Kris Boyd is in no rush to decide his future after revealing a host of clubs are interested in signing him.

The 26-year-old Scotland striker is out of contract at Ibrox this summer and could opt to stay with the Scottish Premier League champions.

However, a host of Premier League clubs, including Birmingham City and Wolves, plus two Turkish sides are also interested in signing him.

"There is a lot for me to think about," Boyd told the Daily Record. "This is an important stage in my career and my life.

"I'm going away on holiday with my family next week and we will discuss our options.

"I do have offers from the continent to consider and playing abroad is something that appeals to me.

"I will give everything careful consideration and hopefully can reach a decision during the next three weeks."
