Boyd has Euro vision for Rangers

The Ibrox club avoided all four English teams, as well as Barcelona, AC Milan and Bayern Munich in Thursday's draw. Boyd is taking nothing for granted against Group G rivals Sevilla, Stuttgart and Romanian unknowns Unirea Urziceni but believes Rangers have been handed a chance of reaching the knockout stages for only the second time in their history. He said in the Scottish Sun: "When you look at some of the teams we could have got, and when you consider some of the other groups, then you have to be quite happy. "I'm not saying for a second that beating Sevilla, Stuttgart or Urziceni will be easy - it won't. "There are no easy games when you get through to the group stages of the Champions League and we're all aware of that. "But we would rather be coming up against these sort of teams than the likes of Manchester United and Barcelona. "Think back to our last Champions League campaign (in 2007). We found ourselves in a real group of death back then. "Stuttgart, who we face again, were the German champions and we also had Barcelona and Lyon in there. But, in the end, we were unlucky not to make the last 16. "I think we're better equipped this time. It won't be any easier but we have a chance."
