Bougherra on brink of Gers exit
Rangers manager Ally McCoist has confirmed the SPL giants have agreed to sell Madjid Bougherra to Lekhwiya for £1.7million.[LNB] Bougherra revealed talks with the Qatari side were underway earlier this week and he is now poised to complete his move.[LNB]The Algeria international has spent three years with Gers, but sadly his last act for the club was being sent off in their midweek draw at Malmo.[LNB]McCoist insists the deal is not far from being completed and he has confirmed the defender will play no part against Chelsea this weekend.[LNB]"A fee has been agreed with the Qatar club in the region of £1.7million," confirmed McCoist.[LNB]"There are just bits and pieces to be tied up there. I think that deal is just about done. He won't be playing against Chelsea."
