[LNB]Boro, who were relegated from the Premier League in 2009 following an 11-year stay in the top flight, failed to even make the play-offs last term. [LNB]And Strachan has warned his players he will not tolerate another season without results. [LNB]"We have to get promoted," said Strachan. "You want players who want to win every game. [LNB]"In the Championship you are character-tested. If you've got character and goals in your team, then you've got to have a chance. [LNB]"It might take some time to reshape the squad, but we will get there."
