New signing DaMarcus Beasley revealed he was persuaded to join Rangers by former international colleague Claudio Reyna. Reyna spent two seasons at Ibrox and his recommendation prompted the USA international winger to seal a move on a three-year contract from PSV Eindhoven. "I had offers from Holland, Spain and England," revealed Beasley, who spent last season on loan at Manchester City. "There were teams in different countries who were interested in me, but as far as listening to Claudio and Rangers, Champions League football this year and being able to play for this type of club with this history, I was definitely excited about it. "I like the pressure of playing for a big club so I'm excited about it."
