icklas Bendtner believes Kyle Bartley can break into the Arsenal first team after his second loan stint with Rangers.[LNB] The 20-year-old defender has rejoined the Gers on a season-long loan having played nine games there towards the end of last season.[LNB]Bendtner, 23, has admitted his seven-year spell with the Gunners is nearing an end having struggled to cement a slot in Arsene Wenger's star-studded side.[LNB]But the Danish striker reckons Bartley can achieve where he failed when he returns to the Emirates.[LNB]"I am sure if Kyle does well in the SPL then he could come back to Arsenal and get into the first team," he told the Daily Record.[LNB]"It is good to get experience and he is getting that at a top club like Rangers, where they challenge for the league every year.[LNB]"Kyle told me about his experience at Ibrox and said he really enjoyed it. He had a great time there. From what I have seen he has done really well for both Arsenal and Rangers.[LNB]"He is a very strong lad. When he tackles players he goes through them. He also has good feet and impressive technique."[LNB]Bendtner has been linked with a string of clubs across Europe this summer and had a chance to put himself in the shop window playing for Denmark in Wednesday night's friendly against Scotland.[LNB]Rangers do not have the budget to make a move for Bendtner but he revealed he almost moved to Ibrox on loan in 2006 when Paul Le Guen was manager.[LNB]"There was talk about me signing for Rangers and I was close to going there," he said. "But in the end I decided to sign for Birmingham City instead.[LNB]"Both sides wanted to win matches so they were in similar situations. Birmingham wanted to win promotion to the Premier League and Rangers were out to clinch the SPL. There were no regrets because I had a fantastic year at Birmingham.[LNB]"But I know a lot about Celtic and Rangers. My own future is still unresolved and I want to sort things out. However, I don't think coming to Scotland is on the agenda again."
