Awards double for Rangers
Rangers have received a double boost after Walter Smith and Kenny Miller picked up Clydesdale Bank Premier League awards for the first month of the season.
Smith was voted manager of the month and Miller picked up the player award for August.
The Scottish champions have claimed a 100% record in their opening games, while Miller has netted six goals in four SPL matches so far, five of them coming in August.
