Adam in talks with Tangerines
Adam was left out of the Rangers squad which lost 3-0 to Arsenal in the Emirates Cup on Sunday and Gers boss Walter Smith confirmed discussions over the player's move to Blackpool are at an advanced stage.
"Adam is talking to Blackpool at the moment," Smith told BBC Sport.
"The clubs have agreed a fee and it will be up to Charlie and his representative."
