Raith come from behind to beat Hibernian
Hibernian missed out on the chance to close the gap on second-placed Falkirk in the Ladbrokes Championship as they slipped to a 2-1 defeat at Raith.
Alan Stubbs' men started brightly and took a 25th-minute when Raith failed to deal with a corner and Anthony Stokes fired home the loose ball.
The home side were level in the 38th minute when Lewis Toshney got in behind the Hibs defence and kept his composure to slot a low shot into the corner.
Stokes saw a goal-bound effort blocked just before the break, but it was Rovers who went ahead early in the second half when Mark Stewart powered in a header from Craig Barr's cross.
Jason Cummings slammed a shot against the crossbar, Stokes volleyed over and substitute Chris Dagnall was inches wide as Hibernian pressed for an equaliser.
Dagnall looped a header against a post in the last minute as Raith clung on for the points.
