Sousa plays down exit talk

QPR coach Paulo Sousa insists his job is not under threat despite recent reports suggesting that he could be the next managerial casualty of the ambitious club.
Sousa's future has been brought into the spotlight following an eight-match winless run.
But the Portuguese coach is confident that he will not be the fourth managerial casualty since Formula One tycoons Flavio Briatore and Bernie Ecclestone took charge of the club in November 2007.
"From the beginning it was about creating a solid team and looking to next season - a season in which we want to get into the Premier League," he said.
"My contract is not just for this season. From the first day I came here we agreed I would build.
"I have already spoken to the board about this."
