Rangers land Smith

QPR have agreed the signing of Tommy Smith from Portsmouth.The 30-year-old winger has passed a medical at Loftus Road and signed a three-year deal for a fee believed to be around £1.5million.Rangers boss Neil Warnock has been desperate to add to his attacking options to boost his side's promotion bid and moved for Smith after failing to land Jon Walters.The move is subject to approval from the Football League.
