New Hoops boss targets play-offs
The 56-year-old arrived at Loftus Road less than a month after being axed by Portsmouth and he replaces Jim Magilton, who left the club by "mutual consent" on Wednesday. But Hart is excited about the challenge and has a strong belief in the quality of the squad he has inherited. He told the club's official website: "I feel, that with the performance at West Brom on Monday in front of a live TV audience, that we've put ourselves right back in a position where we can have a say. "I know how it works. If we can be in the top-six at the turn of the year, it will be very difficult for us to be shifted out. "It won't be easy, but if we keep our discipline and perform to the standards. I know we can achieve, we can do it."
