    Injured Rangers duo return

    20 Feb 2009 - 12:15:14

QPR have been boosted by the news that Radek Cerny and Heidar Helguson have resumed full training after recent spells on the sidelines.

Both could be fit in time to face Ipswich on Saturday, while good news also comes from Patrick Agyemang, who has stepped up his rehabilitation from a thigh muscle tear.

"Radek's hamstring has healed really well over the last week or so and he resumed full training on Monday," head physio Paul Hunter told the club's official website.

"Heidar was suffering with a very slight calf tear, but he's back in training too, so we're really pleased with his progress."

Cerny will have to wait and see whether manager Paulo Sousa will drop current keeper Lee Camp, while Helguson - second top scorer at the club with five goals - should find himself on the bench.
