Hart targets improvement at home

Jim Magilton left his managerial role at the club on December 16 by mutual consent having been suspended after being accused of headbutting midfielder Akos Buzsaky following the 3-1 Championship defeat by Watford. Hart told the club's official website: "Loftus Road has got to become a place where people fear to come. It will take time to get that, but that's what we're all striving for. "We need to go on a run, but there's probably a dozen or so other manager's telling their players exactly the same thing." He added: "Gary Johnson has done a magnificient job at Ashton Gate, but a win now would be just what the doctor ordered for us all."
