New QPR manager Iain Dowie has appointed Tim Flowers as his number two.
Former England goalkeeper Flowers worked under Dowie at former club Coventry City and has now followed the former Crystal Palace and Charlton Athletic manager to Loftus Road.
"I am delighted to be here to assist Iain," he told the club's official website.
"I like the look of this squad. I've seen QPR play a few times over the last 12 months and I am very optimistic about next season.
"A squad as talented as this one, with a few new additions added to the mix, can certainly go a long way."
