Ephraim hails stability
QPR midfielder Hogan Ephraim is confident there will be no repeat of last season's spectacular collapse at Loftus Road.Ephraim was among the scorers as Rangers cemented their place at the top of the Championship with a 3-0 win over Middlesbrough on Saturday. But they made a similar start to last term before falling away dramatically and getting through four managers before Neil Warnock eventually arrived to steady the ship."It's a more stable club now, we've made a lot of changes and we know this manager is here to stay," said Ephraim."We have brought a lot of good characters into the team and that stands us in good stead. It's no guarantee we won't drop our form but if we do we know the gaffer will come down on us like a ton of bricks."We've got good competition for places and everyone wants to play well to stay in the team. I think it's a good mix and I'm confident we can keep this run going."
