Cook waits on Prem bids
01 Jun 2007 - 13:36:35
Queens Park Rangers winger Lee Cook has welcomed talk of interest in him from a number of Premier League clubs.
The 24-year-old left-sided star started his career with Watford, before making the switch to Loftus Road in the summer of 2004 after an earlier loan stint with the Hoops.
Now Cook is a rumoured target for Fulham and Aston Villa and the tricky winger said: "I spoke to my agent the other day and he is keeping me informed of what is going on.
"If a club comes in and offers the right amount of money, I am probably going to have to move on. It would be an opportunity I would not be able to turn down.
"But if the money is not met and I am still at QPR next season, I am happy to stay here and try to help this team kick on."
