Cook in no rush to leave

QPR's highly-rated midfielder Lee Cook insists he is in no rush to leave the club even though his impressive form this season has alerted the attention of several Premiership sides.

The 24-year-old is in the best form of his career but, despite all the speculation, is keen to see out his contract at Loftus Road.

"Everyone wants to do well and play at the highest level - and I want to do that with QPR,'' Cook told the club's official website.

"If the club accepts a bid and chooses to sell me in January or at a later date then it's out of my hands, but I'll say it once again, I intend to be here for a long time yet.''
