Borrowdale makes Addicks switch

The 24-year-old has yet to make an appearance under new Rangers manager Neil Warnock but is set to go straight into Charlton's starting line-up for Saturday's visit from derby rivals Gillingham. Addicks boss Phil Parkinson needed a recognised left-back following injuries to Kelly Youga, Grant Basey and loanee Johnnie Jackson. He said: "We're pleased to get Gary on board. "I think everyone realises that we need a recognised left-back and Gary is a quality player with a natural left foot who gives us balance on that side of the pitch."
