QPR have completed the signing of Manchester City winger Shaun Wright-Phillips.
The 29-year-old becomes the fourth major signing of the Tony Fernandes era, following Joey Barton, Luke Young and Armand Traore to west London.
The transfer brings an end to Wright-Phillips' second spell at City and he admitted Rangers' ambition helped sway him, telling Sky Sports News: "I am very delighted at the moment, I am just really looking forward to it all kicking off."
He added: "After speaking to the manager and hearing the direction this club are going in, I wanted to help that happen."
Wright-Phillips began his career with Manchester City before moving to Chelsea for £20million in 2005.
The Greenwich-born winger rejoined City three years later but has now left the north west once more, penning a three-year deal after joining for an undisclosed fee.
QPR manager Neil Warnock told the club's official website, www.qpr.co.uk: "I'm just really excited that we've been able to attract a player like Shaun to the club.
"Right from day one, him and Joey Barton were at the top of our list and we've managed to get both of them, so I couldn't be more pleased.
"He's got a great attitude, a great character and he just wants to improve and impress as a footballer.
