Warnock slams defending

QPR manager Neil Warnock berated his team's slack defending following the 2-0 defeat at Millwall. After a goalless first half, Steve Morison handed the Lions a 63rd-minute lead before Liam Trotter secured the points with a 73rd-minute penalty following Danny Shittu's professional foul on Morison, for which he received his marching orders. "I did not think there was anything in it in the first half and I always thought that the first goal was always going to win the game," said Warnock. " But if you are going to concede goals like a Sunday league team would do then you are going to lose games. "I did not see either team scoring really, it looked like a 0-0 draw unless someone made a mistake and that is what happened and we made two." Warnock added: " There are no favourites in the Championship, we have just been more consistent over the course of the season, that is what has got us where we are. "Ahead of the games against Ipswich, Middlesbrough, Leicester and we wanted seven points and we have got nine and seven points clear, so I am happy in that respect, but I never like to lose games. I just want to go up. If we are two points ahead of third place going into the last game I'll be happy."
