QPR boss Neil Warnock admitted his side had come through a stern test of their promotion credentials after the 2-0 win at Leicester. Two goals by Jamie Mackie fired Rangers five points clear at the top of the npower Championship following their best-ever start to a season . Warnock said: "It was probably our toughest game to date with the travelling we have done this week, going to Ipswich on Tuesday and then coming up here. "It's all credit to the players, they've stuck at it and restricted a good team. I know they haven't had a good start but they have got some quality players who will be very close to the play-offs. "It's pleasing we restricted them like we did, I can't remember them having a real chance apart from a couple of shots from outside the box."
