Warnock doesn`t want to rock the boat

QPR boss Neil Warnock will prioritise keeping the dressing room harmony at the club intact when persuing his January transfer targets. The R`s sit top of the Championship table and Warnock is looking to add quality players to his squad when the window opens in the New Year to help them push for the Premier League. But he knows it is important he keeps the players who have got them to their current position happy. Warnock told the Fulham Chronicle: "I don't want to unsettle anything now. I will only bring players in if I think they will improve us and we have to be a bit careful because we don't want to bring anybody in for the sake of it. "The temptation is definitely to stick. We've done all the hard work getting the players in. It takes a lot of doing to get 10 players in and then get them playing the way they have. "It shows how much they've come on board because for a lot of them it's been a bit strange working with me when they've not worked with me before."
