Tykes first up
QPR begin the season with a home game against Barnsley.
The Tykes will arrive at Loftus Road on August 7 before Rangers boss Neil Warnock gets an early return to Bramall Lane and his old club Sheffield United a week later.
The Hoops will host Swansea on Boxing Day and face a trip to newly-promoted Norwich on January 1.
They finish the season with a visit from another promoted side, Leeds, on May 8.
