Taarabt, signed from Tottenham last summer, has been the talisman of Rangers` promotion charge this term, lighting up the Championship with a series of outstanding displays. The Moroccan is not of short of confidence and he insists his performances have caught the eye of Sir Alex Ferguson, although he is keen to remain at Loftus Road for the time being and help realise Rangers` promotion dream.
He is quoted in The People as saying: "Nothing is official yet. I had discussions about my transfer after my performance against Coventry City. I'm ready to go to Manchester United.
"We'll see later in the season, as I'm hoping to reach the promotion target with my current club QPR. I like England, so I am not against the idea of continuing my career at United."
