Rangers suffered a 3-1 defeat to Ipswich and are still five points adrift of the play-off places but Sousa believes his side can be in the mix.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "Like I said from the beginning when I arrived here my big aim was to create a solid basis to look to the future.[LNB]"Of course we are very close to the play-offs, you need to think towards them and look for what we did, until Saturday, with a consistent team looking to get results.[LNB]"Also we can look [ahead] with good motivation, we are in there and are very close to them [Ipswich], we have five to six teams very close to each other and we can be there.[LNB]"I hope that the football is good because straight away we have the next game against Cardiff away and we can beat them and then things change it's normal. But it's important to reflect on what has been done on Saturday and change things and to look [forward] with confidence to the next games."[LNB][LNB]
