Smith set to sit out

QPR boss Neil Warnock is unlikely to risk Tommy Smith in the home clash against Leicester. Experienced attacker Smith suffered a hamstring injury during the 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest on February 13 and has only taken part in one full training session since. However, on-loan striker Ishmael Miller could return to the squad despite missing the 3-0 victory over Middlesbrough with a tight hamstring, and could even replace Akos Buzsaky in the starting line-up. Midfield duo Wayne Routledge and captain Adel Taarabt have both been suffering from minor cold symptoms during the week but are expected to retain their starting places, while Fitz Hall and Danny Shittu are likely to continue their partnership in central defence following two consecutive clean sheets.
