Sevilla have completed the loan signing of Cameroon international Stephane M'bia from English Championship side Queen's Park Rangers.

"M'bia will be a Sevilla player for the new season," said a statement on the club's website.

"The Cameronian arrives on loan for a year, with an option to buy.

"In case Sevilla take up their option to keep the player, the club have already agreed a deal for the next three seasons."

M'bia is the Andalusians' 12th new signing of the transfer window, but his arrival is likely to mean the departure of another of the club's stars.

French under-20 international Geoffrey Kondogbia is thought to be a target for Monaco with Spanish media reporting a 20 million euro deal ($26.7 million, £17.2 million) could be done within the next few days.

Sevilla have already sold Jesus Navas, Alvaro Negredo and Gary Medel this summer and have only taken one point from their opening two league matches.
