QPR chairman Ishan Saksena has sounded a warning to the rest of the Championship by announcing he is out to have some "fun" in the summer transfer market. Neil Warnock has said he wants up to seven new players to mount a promotion push next term and Saksena, along with vice-chairman Amit Bhatia, is ready to back the manager with funds. "Amit, Neil and I are all on the same wavelength and I believe this is going to be a fun time in the transfer market," Saksena told Rangers' official website. "You want someone in charge of the team who shares the same vision as you. You want someone who is financially prudent but, at the same time, someone who is keen to invest in the team so that we can get to where we want to go. "I'm looking forward to it and I am sure me and Neil will be talking a lot." Warnock is expected to make moves for his former Crystal Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni and defender Clint Hill, and has also been linked with Scunthorpe striker Gary Hooper.
