Rowlands close to Rangers return
The midfielder suffered an ankle injury on the opening day of the season but is expected back in full training next week ahead of the visit of Peterborough to Loftus Road.
"Martin rolled his ankle against Blackpool, it wasn't too serious but we have taken our time with him," said physio Paul Hunter.
"He is doing some training, the international break is perfect for him and hopefully he will be back with the lads next week."
