QPR captain Martin Rowlands has been given the green light to resume full training after 10 months on the sidelines. The 31-year-old midfielder suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury while on international duty with the Republic of Ireland last October. "I think he's only a couple of weeks away now," said boss Neil Warnock. "He's been given the go-ahead to start full training again. It's a big plus."
