Rangers duo make reserves return
Centre-half Hall has been out for six weeks with a groin injury, while veteran midfielder Ainsworth's start to the season has been disrupted due to tendinitis.
But both players got an hour under their belts in the 1-0 win over west London neighbours Brentford on Tuesday afternoon.
Both could come into manager Jim Magilton's thoughts for Saturday's visit of Preston along with striker Patrick Agyemang, who hit Rangers' winner in the first half.
