QPR boss Neil Warnock has appointed former York and Chesterfield manager Kevin Randall as the club's chief scout. Randall has worked in similar roles under Warnock at his previous clubs Sheffield United and Crystal Palace. "The scouting area is one that has been lacking and we are keen to address it," Warnock told Rangers' official website. "Kevin's appointment is the first step in doing that as we put a structure in place in order to build for the future."
