The R's ended a poor run of nine games without victory with a win over Swansea earlier in the month and followed the result up by overcoming Bristol City.
However Rangers still remain seven points adrift of the play-off positions with just six games remaining, but Ramage believes a strong run-in could give the Loftus Road side every chance of snatching a play-off place, citing a similar situation he experienced at former club Newcastle.
"In the 2005/2006 season at Newcastle we needed to go on an extraordinary run to book our place in the UEFA Cup and it's very similar to what we'll need to do here over the next month or so," he told the club's official site.
"We won five of our last six and drew the other and that was enough for us so that proved that it can be done and I'll be reminding the rest of the lads that over the coming weeks.
"We've got some momentum, with seven points in our last three games and we're full of confidence."
