QPR to pick from same squad against Huddersfield

QPR boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has no new problems ahead of the visit of Huddersfield.

Hasselbaink suffered his first defeat since taking over at Loftus Road against Ipswich on Boxing Day and the Dutchman will probably make changes after he was left annoyed by the manner of the defeat, conceding two late goals to lose 2-1 in East Anglia.

The likes of Clint Hill, Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, Massimo Luongo and Sandro could come into Hasselbaink's thinking for Monday's quick turnaround against the Terriers.

However, a hamstring injury will keep striker Charlie Austin on the sidelines.

Huddersfield head coach David Wagner will assess a handful of players before picking his team.

Wagner has one or two men nursing knocks and niggles ahead of a second match in three days while Dean Whitehead (knee) and Philip Billing (ankle) both missed the home win over Preston and remain doubts.

Jonathan Hogg and Emyr Huws both made their returns from injury against the Lilywhites on Boxing Day and a second outing so soon may be too much for them so Wagner will probably change something in midfield.

The likes of Jamie Paterson, Mustapha Carayol, Martin Cranie and Harry Bunn are all vying for recalls as Huddersfield look for their first ever away league win at QPR at the 12th attempt.
