Formula One chief Briatore has adopted a 'hands-on' role during his reign at Loftus Road, with reports claiming he has in the past even had a say in team selection. But Magilton, who is the fourth permanent manager appointed by Briatore in less than two years, is confident he can stamp his character on the west London club. "There is nothing wrong with people giving their opinions, but at the end of the day I will live and die by my opinions and my decisions," he said. "If you have bought a football club I think you have earned the right to have an opinion. I value people's opinions and I value the opinions of everyone at the club - but in the end they'll agree that I'm right!"
