Kenny wins club gongs

QPR skipper Adel Taarabt may have been named the Championship's player of the year but he was edged out of his own club's award by Paddy Kenny. The goalkeeper scooped both the players' and the supporters' player of the year gongs at Rangers' awards night on Sunday. Kenny, 32, has kept a club record 24 clean sheets to help guide Rangers to the top of the npower Championship Taarabt, who has led their title charge from the front with 19 goals, was runner-up with midfielder Shaun Derry third.
