Vine, who suffered a broken leg last April, has been an unused substitute in Rangers' last two games due to an injury pile-up at Loftus Road, and has also got an hour for the reserves under his belt. He could be handed another second-string run-out against Brighton this week to build up his match fitness ahead of a potential first-team return against Crystal Palace on April 4. The 26-year old told BBC London: "We were down on numbers and the manager said he wanted me on the bench. "It's just short of a year since I broke my leg and I want to get out there before it becomes a year. "It's got to the point where I haven't really enjoyed watching games," he added.
