QPR boss Harry Redknapp has declared he would allow Joe Jordan to become Scotland coach if he was interested in the post.

Redknapp confirmed on Friday that Jordan and Kevin Bond, his assistants at Portsmouth and Tottenham, have been added to his management team at Loftus Road.

Jordan has been identified as a potential successor to Craig Levein, and Redknapp said: "I think Joe was probably interested. They haven't done anything yet. If they came calling it would be up to Joe, it's his life. If he said to me he wanted to manage Scotland I'm not going to argue with him, that's for sure."

He added: "Joe's a good man, a top man. I'm pleased to have him and Kevin here. Kevin and Joe are all sorted."
